Church growth is an interesting topic because there are two ways you can evaluate the growth. Growth can be quantified by the number of how many people attend religious services. On the other hand, growth can be measured by the spiritual growth and godly character evident in the life of a believer. Thus, growth the church can be measured inside and out.
My trips to over 50 countries and six continents, across denominational lines, as interdenominational, have shown me that passion is the most important and crucial. Again something that can not be taught, but must be captured. The passion and love can not be explained properly, must be experienced. The experience is unforgettable and very impressionable.
A divine experience precedes exponential growth. This divine experience can occur either directly with the Creator Himself, or indirectly with the people who are deeply connected to heaven. The drawing power of the Holy Spirit flows both ways and produces notable in and through all he wants.
The world needs an experience with his Creator and the people he knew intimately into divine relationship.
Beyond the founding of the Congregation of the Passion, it may be increasingly important in society, covering specific transformation.
Key objective areas where change and transformation can occur to bring his church to a place of social relevance. Here are some key areas to assess assess and seek to improve:
1. Praise and Worship
It is a known fact that statistics praise and worship is the first thing that attracts people to a church. This goes back to passion. Passion is what drives us forward in the search for God. If there is no passion, there will be divine to pull people to participate in spirituality.
2. Children’s Ministry
Parents worry about children’s welfare and discipline. Society has gone crazy with the advent of media and pop culture marketing. Children are increasingly dealing with peer pressure in school to misbehave and rebel. Parents are looking for the church to play a role in the positive direction and trusted friends.
3. Construction of a spiritual family
People not only want to attend a church service, they want to be part of a loving and joyful community. Incorporate time for interaction significant of the congregation so that people can really get to know each other, pray together and play together.
4. Listen and lift people
People come to church with many problems. Beyond the Sunday sermon, which need answers for the struggles they face. Be willing to listen to your people and offer practical solutions. Be a shoulder to lean on, while providing a sympathetic ear. The most important thing is to walk with people through the valleys of the life en route to their next mountain top experience. Being a cheerleader and coach your life purpose.
5. Popular Unconditional love
People come to church in search of love. We all aspire deeply hugged and hugged. Broken in and overwhelmed by life circumstances beyond our control, we long for and encouraged said. When we act and speak inappropriately, the church must be a pillar of unconditional love and support to love the ugly.
People make changes in a loving environment and unconditional acceptance. The church is the voice of conscience of society. We are the light of the world. So glowing and brilliantly illuminates the world.

Follow the children books of the earth?
I've almost finished stone shelters. This is the first (though definitely not the last) time I've read these books. I absolutely loved them. Having lived with the characters in the last couple of months, I wonder – where do I go from here?! I love description of how they live day to day. The use of medicines and healing powers, making clothes, leather curing, etc (although not as much interest in spiritual aspects.) I'm looking for suggestions of books in a similar vein to them. Situated in a similar time period. Is there anything out there? Thanks for your answers!
There are a number First Americans by William Sarabande is similar. And Ivory Carver Trilogy by Sue Harrison. Both are stories of prehistory. I have read both series for something similar to Earth's Children. They were good, but in reality, nothing is as good as the series of the Earth for Children. I look forward to his forthcoming book, hopefully it will not be much longer!
