Hello I got a problem in Handling employees, please help?
Hello friends, Recently I started translations team, I made a setup with computer and basic amenities to the employees. The projects are ready with me. Of course the projects are started, but my employees was not interested to work. Earlier they are the hard workers in their former industries.
They are elder than me. I tried with inspirational quotes, spiritual, humour, every thing in a book.
They finishing their personal works and entering into my company. I like to give them all the facilities. Please help me, I really tried to understand them, they are not ready to follow the works.
They need inspiration as in a threat. Shape up or ship out.
Call a meeting, explain what’s expected of them, and that if they don’t want to do it, you will find someone who will.
If necessary fire one as an example to the others.
Age should not be a factor — it’s you who are signing the paychecks
