Does anyone have any motivational stories?
I’m trying to lose at least 100lbs over the next 15 months. Does anyone know anyone who has done something similar? Or even yourself? Hearing of other people who have done it will help me do it.
I’ve tried every fad diet, pill, shakes, meal replacements etc etc. It never works. The weight comes off, then comes back. This time i’m doing it the old fashioned way. Sensible diet and exercise.
Some real motivation can take you far. Losing weight in reality is a lot easier than some people think. If your a guy who normally likes to sit around a bit. Maybe playing a video game, watching TV and drinking soda. Then this video will help you fit a diet plan into your lifestyle:
It really does help you, maybe slowly but surely.
Just remember to burn more calories than the amount you take in. Also, find a song you like, or that boosts your spirit, and listen to it while your walking/running, doing crunches, push-ups, or maybe before you exercise.
