Exercise tips for someone limited by injury?

I have bad hips make it impossible to walk and run. I can not exercise that cause great impact on the legs, as my condition worsens, so high-impact sports (team sports with running, jumping, kicking, etc.) are outside the issue. Swimming also is too inaccessible to me at this time. I do pilates / yoga and cycle. Do you know other sports or exercises that may be suitable? Thanks in advance.

For many years my exercise routine was built in three: cardio (spinning cycle), weights and yoga. It was a great combination for me. At the moment, not a member of a health club, so I lack the spinning bike, well I’m doing with just a few weights at home. I still do my routine yoga asanas. I do not know if you have access to a health club / gym, or if the condition of the hip dismisses the chances of cardio, like an elliptical machine or rowing machine. It is possible that some aerobic instructor driving lessons are an option. Also, if Pilate or Yoga gets old for you, I recommend Tai Chi as a substitute. Namaste, “DWB

What is the best asana (postures of yoga) sit on yoga for celibacy?

im very curious about dhayn (meditation). and mudras kudlini shakti (Internal power) .. Also do not realize the significance of the control of sexual desire (desire for control) .. but I heard that celibacy can even make beggar a king I would also like to carry out the great people saying about Celibacy

For the practice of celibacy is the best Siddhasana with Shirshasan and Sarvangasana. If I were you I would choose Siddhasana and Sarvangasana. Of course, there are still many more positions to control lust as Viryastambasana, Veerasana in the heel the feet to press against the perineum while doing this particular asana. etc, etc, in Siddhasana if you could do either Mula bandha Ashwini mudra or both may aid in total celibacy, but then again if you want to marry you should not do siddhasana for over half an hour. Only those who want to completely destroy the sexual appetite should do for 3 hours from 5 minutes. Good luck and God bless. Salud! : O)
