Can you lose weight with an hour of yoga every day?
I keep hurting my ankle while running, and therefore can not continue. You can power / Ashtanga yoga for 1 hour each day helps you lose as much weight as you can run?
Yoga is not close to running in terms of calorie needs. That would be better swimming or cycling. None of these bother ankles.

Has anyone tried Yoga DVD’s biggest loser?
I recently purchased BL yoga dvd, and only started a couple of days. I’m very sore in the arms, back, and the nucleus. If you have tried what were the results, and they did lose weight or just tone?
