Motivation and hesitation. Self-evaluation?
Some of my relatives and close friends asked me to help secure good jobs. Les tours and trained and cleared their doubts about the technical issues. Evaluate your knowlwdge and technical expertise and considered very good. But none of they are taking the steps to be present at the interview or talk to any consultants for a job. They do not dare and have one million question when it comes to appear In an interview for a job. I thought it is a normal thing for a beginner, but now I'm frustrated because none of them have appeared, even in a single interview, even after 6 months. I am even more angry, because I know they are very good and easy to clear determination of the interviews. How to handle this situation. how to motivate them. How to make them understand that a first step.
After 6 months of effort, if they have not been able to motivate one person to act, the problem is within of them. You have led the horses to water. Move over and let one of them to take the first step. Stop trying to push the string.
