How I can flatten the lower abdomen?
I’ve always had a kind of dog in the lower stomach and I would be able to flatten. Me love my body but sometimes I frustrate when I get tight clothing. Are there simple stretches or exercises I can do to help? and how long I do that exercise and how often? i don’t have a bar that I can use and I am a teenager so I wont be doing like yoga or pilates. haha. All the answers are appreciated and if you have had experience with this problem and use all the exercises can you please tell me how long it took to see results?
Squats and push-ups will help you more. do about 20 to 30 every day and in about 1 month which shouldve gone! lol i also not a teenager, as I do, but yoga really works. I did actually have the same problem as me, and my mother brought home a DVD of yoga, so i think SHLD a try, and I loved it and he did a day for two weeks, and the loss of 6 kg and had a flat stomache! Yoga is now my new best friend. lol I love it soo much and I can not quit.! as really does the job and I truly believe that if you want a flat stomache, trying a little yoga! another way is to eat a healthy diet alone and the guy just go slowy and below, and flatter stomach and go flat, but it would take a few months. good I hope I helped you: D
